Gap (and Gap Factory) price adjustment policy: 14 days
Gap Inc.'s official Gap Factory store page says that if an item you bought has gone down in price, you can request a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of your order date. Items bought with a promotion code or other discount are not eligible unless the only discount was free shipping, and final-sale items are not eligible.

How to request it
- Contact Gap customer service by chat or phone with your order number. Search-engine excerpts of Gap's former price adjustment page said online-purchase adjustments are handled by customer service rather than in stores; confirm when you ask.
Common exclusions
- Final-sale items
- Purchases made with a promotion code or other discount (free-shipping-only discounts excepted)
Note: We read these terms on an official Gap Factory store page on October 17, 2026. Gap.com's own price adjustment page (gap.com/customer-service/getting-a-price-adjustment) showed a page-not-found error that day, so we could not re-read Gap.com's version; earlier search-engine excerpts of it described the same 14-day terms. Confirm with Gap before relying on it.
