- Online: contact DICK'S by chat or phone with a live link to the lower price; the page says a screenshot will not qualify and email requests cannot be completed.
Common exclusions
- BOGO, rebates, gifts with purchase, clearance and prices more than 80% off, member-only offers
- Warehouse clubs, local retailers, outlets and marketplace sellers
